Important information about requests
Before You Request:
There are multiple ways you can have the NPC you want to get a makeover. Before you submit a request, check out my Trello workspace to see which NPCs have already been requested:
What You May Commission & Request:
You may request replacers for NPCs, or RaceMenu presets. Both will be released to the public once they are finished.

Where & How to Request:
You have a few free options to request. You may request by:- Messaging on NexusMods
- Leaving a message in my Discord server
- Requesting and voting for options on the monthly Patreon pollsIf the NPC is from another mod author's mod, I will first have to see whether that author is allowing replacers for their mods. There is nothing I can do if they do not allow it.

People may opt and prefer to use paid requests as an opportunity to support me. You can find them here:

I am a very busy person outside of this hobby so the turn around of a request (given that they are approved) is around 2 weeks.
This is all based on my personal schedule, so I ask that everyone interested in a commission or request to please message me first so I can see if I am able to work on it or warn you if fulfillment times will be longer than usual.
I encourage everyone to participate in the money-free options before committing to a payment as paying is used to prioritize a request.
When I work on a request, I ask that specifics are kept at a minimum to maintain artistic integrity - meaning that the creative direction is determined by me. This will depend on the commission/request made.
I will only work on and publish replacers to the public that I am allowed to work on. I will not work on mods to be used for personal use. Replacers that are request will be labeled appropriately on their mod page.
If you pay for a replacer before my approval and that NPC is not allowed to have replacers, I will refund the payment minus any fees incurred.
In certain problematic cases with clients, determined by me, I am able cancel the commission or request and no refunds will be issued.
